Is delibratley missing a turn then taking your turn 20mins later (freestyle) getting double the armies and reducing the other person to about 4 armies a legal tactic and fair gamemanship?
See game

jamie1975 plays what i believe to be a cheap trick!!!
I dont believe in complaining for nothing but i feel people doing this when they know on the next turn they will lose make the game less enjoyable and annoy people who want to play fairly. I don t mind losing but in a real game you dont get the option to get double armies....
If the majority say its acceptable then i will apologise to jaime1975.
thanks

there has been a large debate over this, and some people thinks its a tactic, some people think its cheating. If I were you, just put him on ignore and possibly leave negative feedback.

Yes, this is acceptable. As long as jamie dosnt have a multiple account or a secret alliance, wheres the rule breaking? wheres the cheating? wheres the abuse?
As phobia said, just igonre list him

I am not saying he has multi accounts or that hes been abusive just that i believe missing a turn then taking the next turn within 20 mins or so is a blatant abuse of the game.
I am asking if people agree or disagree with this tactic whether it be legal or not.

Legal tactic although NOT someone I want to compete against. Anyone who deliberatly slows the game down is a prime canidate for my ignore list.

Rules
No multiple accounts.
No secret alliances.
If its not in the rules its not cheating. Alot of people find it disrespectful BUT at the end of the day you have to do what you thinks best to make you win.

thanks for your input i will add him to my ignore list - as suggested it is very disrespectful to play like that and my personal opinion is that if you miss a turn you dont get extra armies.
Bush league.

What about an alternate take on that bush league move. When it is 2 people, the staller waits until just before the round ends, takes a quick turn, gets a card, you dont have time to take your turn, then he leads off the next round immediatley and pulls the same thing all over again. (you then get to take one turn for every two of his.
The funny thing is that this is an OBVIOUS flaw in conquer club and this guy thinks he's outsmarting anyone with this BUSH LEAGUE maneuver.

sounds like a good idea to me. tactics like this add to the games, making them more interesting.

It is a cheap tactic though not against the rules. I have gotten extra armies for missing a turn, but never as a way to battle. it is cheap and one of the things that will make them change is whne you recognize a player doing this...get everyone to attack them and get them out of the game. They will stop missing turns one way or another.

don`t play freestyle. it will f*ck you up. there are too many from across the pond to play freestyle.
