Berserkr and Chapmang possible secret diplomacy [BG]

Accused:
berserkr
chapmang
The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Game number(s):
Game 14107223
Comments: The players in question had been locked in Scotland for the majority of the game (after I finally kicked Chapmang off West Country, which he went for for no realistic reason). They haven't attacked each other, other than making Tayside a spoils spot eventually, and have been stacking the entire game since. When blue got taken out of the game and red was close to collapse, Chapmang suddenly started moving out, with Berserkr taking Scotland. I've been the target of both of them ever since. Which for some time I found rather normal, as I had the largest army and regions.
However, even when Berserkr started getting the upper hand, neither have attacked each other. Even when their borders were poorly defended against each other, sometimes even with just 1 troop. At the moment of writing Berserkr could've already secured (most likely) the game by hitting Isle of Man (1 troop border), yet he hasn't. Thus I'm fairly certain they've singled me out through secret diplomacy, and have possibly been in an alliance ever since they got locked into Scotland together.
Thanks for looking into it.
