The fact that he waits a few turns before deadbeating should be considered further evidence, as it suits the motive of transferring his territories to a teammate when convenient.

mentaloop, as much as he seems to be a chronic miss-a-turn type of fellow, is not doing it for the benefit of his partner. Otherwise his score would probably be far better.
