Depends on your take, I find it quite funny, but there isn't anything against the rules here. Foe him and carry on with your life mate.

Hmm, he admitted to following him into the game to harass him and so he can give him a bad rating, that's a little bit beyond just being rude... imo. I honestly don't see how any player should put up with THAT level of crap, so he was right to report it.

I'd also recommend that you foe him. You won't be able to read anything else that he says and he can't join anymore of your games.

Yeah, I had a look and they've only played one game together before: Game 13437363. You can see board is basically the only person talking and there isn't anything very rude, and Dan doesn't even say a thing in the chat, so there doesn't seem to be any history between the two of them.

Maybe board took a look at Dan's games and saw one he thought he'd join? I don't think board followed Dan into the game with malicious intentions.

Your detective skills are not very good. He admitted it in chat. XD. When I looked, first thing I saw was a bad rating from the OP due to the previous game's truces, I guess. The guy wanted revenge, but that's no way to conduct yourself. If you think the other person got you wrong and you care that much about a rating, why not mail them about it in a mature manner and see if you can sort it out. That kind of language may be okay to some because it's typical internet shit, but what makes it okay to talk to someone like that just cuz it's the internet? Rhetorical question btw.

Anyway, I guess CC authorities will decide whether a warning is warranted or not. Just my personal opinion.

I have read the team chat, I understand the game chat can be offending but it isn't racial or homophobic.

I will clear him, but I suggest you foe him so that he cannot offend you anymore.
