The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
I think it falls under that. Jeo47 wrote on barking spider's wall: "Game 13464733. see chat bud" They have been teaming up against me and don't attack each other at all. I believe secret alliances are against the rules.

This is not against the rules at all. There is no secret alliance going on.

Posting to read game chat is not against the rules. He may post what he likes in game chat, but asking some to simply read it does not constitute Secret Diplomacy. If he had put any of his offer on the players' wall, that would have been SD.
