HVAC R and Mike Horton both play 1v1 games against Barbarilla, who intentionally throws the games. You can see from looking at the games that Barbarilla attacks with all troops every turn, allowing HVAC R or Mike Horton to clean up and take the points. Naturally, this severely reduces Barbarilla's score and inflates both HVAC R's and Mike Horton's. However, they then play team games together to reap the benefits of such a huge points difference.
