Look at the board. Then look at the global chat. Then tell me that they're not in some secret alliance. No chat in global for a month. No partnership of any kind spoke of in chat for over 2 months. Yet they never defend common borders at all. I respect in game politics, but they consistently conduct organized attacks against only my team with no in chat coordination. i.e. some form of secret diplomacy or unseen communication.
That is my two cents.

With links.
Shame about this, though:
2013-06-10 08:06:05 - Svatantrya: Yes, I saw the offer of a truce on my wall orange. I wont attack you if you dont attack me.. So you can focus on red.
2013-06-10 22:06:49 - Josseb: ehm, sorry what offer of truce on your wall!?!?! Isn't that very much against the rules?!
2013-06-10 22:28:34 - Svatantrya: Hahahaha Josseb.. You silly boy!

I doubt there is any secret diplomacy.

well smarts, the first thing I saw was that orange posted for a truth on your wall, which is secret diplomacy.

I get the impression that the whole thing about Orange posting on Pink's wall was not actually true. Orange never responded in the chat, and from the record there was never any truce as far as I could see. It looks like Pink actually just recently eliminated Orange. I play with Team 3 regularly, and it's the kind of thing they would do to try to throw some people off early game. Maybe it's poor gamesmanship, but It's not secret diplomacy. It's just table talk.
But it is quite clear that Team 1 and Team 2 completely vacated their walls in order to simultaneously suicide into Team 3 this last round. And it is odd that they would do so in such a coordinated way without any mention of it in chat.
It is possible that Team 1 and Team 2 both decided at the same time that Team 3 needed to be eliminated, and would work to that end, but would they really both abandon their defenses without discussion, on the same round, unless there was some kind of hidden agreement of when they would attack each other. I mean, Green didn't break Blue's bonuses last turn, even though he could have and still suicided into Pink in South America.

Splash_X (Red) moves. Hits pink. Continues to leave entire region as 1's. Defends Yellow bonus region with his stack. Does not defend own region. Still no in game chat.

Now I'm curious. How was this conclusion come to?
Because I'm still watching this game and it's extremely fishy. It's fine for players to gang up on each other. It happens all the time. But usually there is discussion about it in the chat, especially in a team game where there are more moving parts. Is the explanation of what is happening just a spontaneous mutual trust that sprang out of thin air suddenly after a several month long game?
I'm just curious how this ruling was determined, and what alternative explanation there is for what is going on.
