This is a silly report. There is no rule stating that you have to take turns quickly, nor is there a rule stating that you have to play all your games if you've played one. In a 24 hour round game, you have 24 hours to take your turn. Using the entire 24 hours is not against the rules. Nor is using the entire 24 hours while taking turns in other games.

No rules are broken here, and this is a waste of a report. If you don't like how he's playing, feel free to foe and rate accordingly.

Bollocks.

How can you say this is not a rule when I was disciplined for the same infraction.

You can't penalize me and not penalize someone else for the same thing ---

As far as I can see - and by all means post evidence to the contrary - you were warned for missing turns entirely, apparently when you don't think you can win. That's very different from taking the allocated time to take one's turns.
I've never actually understood that - taking one's turns is far quicker than waiting for 24 hours to elapse...

So we are clear ---

You say it is fine if I play all the games I am winning at a normal pace but any game where I am loosing I can wait 23 hr 59 min to move and that is fine as long as I don't miss a turn

Correct ?

Yep that is correct it's a 24 hr format so if you take your turn in the first hr or last hr it's up to you anything is better than deadbeats

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grow the f*ck up!

Your about as ignorant as someone joining 4 or 5 speed games I set up at the same time.

This is pointless. Its called Casual for a reason!

I play twice a day most days. In the morning, I take any turns I may miss if I didnt play before work, then at night, after school, and after I put my kids to bed.

Some people only get on once a day..

So what.

viewtopic.php?f=239&t=112964&hilit=diverclint

And you were banned for intentionally deadbeating, WHICH IS AGAINST THE RULES!

Idiot.

I can promise you that you were not disciplined for "the same infraction".

Whatever you were penalized for is different from what you're reporting, guaranteed.

Bollocks.

By the way, it's "losing", not "loosing"... :geek:

As it happens, I don't think you're in any position to complain if someone takes their turns slowly...given how many turns you've missed completely.

Yeah, it's not ironic at all. I'd rightfully be upset, too, if I had only four games and someone was dragging them out.

It's not against the rules, though.

I honestly don't know why a higher-ranked player would drag out a game against a lower-ranked player if he's winning other games. He'll just lose more points when the lost game is eventually over.

Now, if he anticipates going on a losing streak, I understand wanting to wait so he can lose less points. But here, he's just hurting himself by dragging out the turns.

My sympathies are with you, diver, but as long as he's taking his turns, he's doing nothing against the rules. Hit him with the Slow tag if you'd like. Otherwise, FAMO.

I peed on someone when I seem this! But really pay the 25 dollars and you won't be worried about what the other players does. Problem solved
