The accused are suspected of: Conducting Secret Diplomacy

And many other games, too many to enumerate.
Comments: In game 13025853 player B368tanker passed up many opportunities to work with other players and ensure that Nastytimes, who had built up a commanding lead, would not have an easy victory. B368tanker passed all opportunities and refused communication with other players thru game chat. How a player plays a game is their prerogative. However B368tanker's behavior was so odd it prompted me to do a little research.
Findings: Nastytimes and B368tanker have played in 69 games together. Of the 69 games they have been partnered in 15 games. Of the 54 games they have played, in which they were not partnered, they have never initiated an attack when they have a common boarder. They have never negotiated, in game, with each other or any other player; even when begged to do so and when negotiation would give them a tactical advantage.
I do not know enough about this game to accuse them of being multis, but in a cursory look at their game history it is clear that they conduct secret diplomacy. I do not care if they come to a game planning on working together, however, I expect it to be spelled out in the game chat log.
