Comments: One of the other players in the game was supposed to report this, but I have not seen it reported in the C&A forum yet, so I am reporting it. The main offence here is the Secret Diplomacy. AGM65e sent a PM to kmhebert basically asking him to be his ally in the game. This is a clear violation of CC rules.

Have the person who received the PM click the report a PM button at the top right hand side of the PM. It is the upside down triangle with the ! in it.

I did this. Unfortunately, as I waited for this to be handled, I missed a turn and the offender won the game. Kind of wish I just played the game through, I had a set and probably would have won. HA no good deed goes unpunished I guess.

I see one of the others from the C&A team handled this and didn't mark this thread. AGM65e was WARNED for secret diplomacy.

Never miss a turn waiting for action on a C&A complaint. In the case of SD he would not get kicked out of the game.

In all honesty, I doubt I will file any more reports as the response to rule breaking is too minimal.

Huh? C'mon, the guy sent you a PM, you didnt reply and so there was actually no SD going on I assume, so there was absolutely no bias in the game.
Maybe the guy didn't even know the rule. A warning is fair, if he does it again, he will be punished.
