Comments: Ratings abuse coming up as well, based on his comments. Looks like this guy has a quite a track record considering his short history in CC.

I will leave it up to pepsikona13 to provide specifics, but I think there is strong evidence for ratings abuse. 78 of 84 ratings left are all 1s. The accused hasn't left anything but 1s since February.
