It really doesn't look like it. An agreement in game chat isn't secret, and they have attacked each other.

this is ridiculous, just because you lost in a game doesnt mean you have to come crying to the power. He said one comment that could actually help him. I've done that about 1000 times before, and so have many other players, is this all of a sudden illegal??? also, they attacked eachother in main places, kinda crushing your idea of "secret alliance" XD

The mods won't make a decision till the game is over.

After reviewing the log, I don't believe the accused were colluding. Blue and yellow were in a showdown over bonuses. Red clearly saw you as a threat when you held close to two bonuses. He had no reason to attack blue, as if he did, he's only going to have 2 people attacking him.

Many times players, in Manual deployment, will deploy next to each other, and a player will simply ask not to attack a stack, as they will vacate the area. That is what osa was talking about.
