Comments: Devo is a new user so maybe he does not know the rules. However I have received a PM from him asking for a truce. I have attached a screenshot. I have sent him a PM back letting him know discussing truces out of the game chat is unfair to the other players so maybe that is enough for now. However I have raised the issue here just in the off chance he is a serial offender back with a new account or so that someone with more kudos on the site could explain to him the rules better than I.
