Its all in the game chat. Having just return to conquer club, I just hope this is not "something normal" this days

It doesn't look like iteachjava said anything to violate the rules, but jammit definitely made a bigoted statement in the last line of the chat.

Harassing
-Banter and some trash talking IS allowed in the Game Chats, provided it doesn't cross some specific lines.
-While you might find some game chat disagreeable, uncouth, and boorish, cursing and using foul language may not be a breach of our Guidelines. Try kindly asking them to stop or ignoring them using your Foes List.
-That said, what is not allowed is any form of bigotry, cyber-bullying/harassment or those extremes outlined in the Forum Guidelines. Please report any such comments that you find offensive.

The only thing people get warned for in Game chat's, is Bigotry, or when someone is constantly posting in your games when they are not apart of them. If you don't like the trash talking, Foe the user, and you won't have to see the user's gamechat anymore.
