Technically it is 67%, but something of a biased report to call it "almost always"...

My gut feeling tells me they're friends or classmates or something. Wouldn't be surprised if they turned up on the same IP address though. So they will probably be busted.

Cleared of being multis but this report has been noted for future reference.
