Comments: I'm normally fairly tolerant about this sort of thing, but this one has bugged me. They guy has rated me 1-1-1 with a tag of 'clueless' just because he's a sore loser. I walled him a few days ago to ask him to withdraw but nothing. So here's the C&A report I promised him.

Just checked out the ratings he's left for others and it would seem that he's a serial abuser.
