Hi i have just finished a fog speed game in which barfield gave away my position to the other player because he was losing , he refused to accept that doing that was against the rules of a fog game and claimed it was allowed i said i would i would report this and this didn't seem to bother him. His actions cost me the game

That isn't actually against the rules. Foe, rate accordingly, and move on.

The only thing you could say he is accused of is severe pm abuse, and there is no evidence presented. As spiesr said, its not against the rules, but I believe he is able to get a warning for severe pm abuse if enough evidence is present.

As stated above, giving info about opponents in a fog game might not be the best sportsmanship, but it is not prohibited.

If you do not wish to get in the same situation with this player again, feel free to put him on your foe list.
