They clearly said they didn't want to attack each others at first, without declaring an alliance at the start....Clearly a secret alliance. Though he addmited it, so it's not secret anymore...

But against the rules.

Not that it even matters, though. owned says smoked stopped playing. So really, there's no point in trying to get them blocked.

It may not matter, but I would block them anyway in a case like this.

However Owned..? is BUSTED with ReaVeR a brand new multi account.
