Game 10937175 <- thewildmann 4.7 <- Not on his team. Beats him and gets all 1's. No Game Chat!
Game 10901686 <- Mekuta 4.8
Game 10865869 <- Butcher89 4.3
Game 10832968 <- ikkewij 4.7
Game 10694640 <- spartacus65 4.8
Comments: BVLGARI has a tendency to leave all 1's for players that he just doesn't like (at least that's all you can assume). As you will see in the examples many players won the game for him on his team and got all 1's. Some players beat him and received all 1's. All the game chats that are visible (I can't see team chat) are very friendly or there is no game chat. The foe system is what should be used if you emotionally don't like someone. You should not be cordial in game chat or have no game chat and then give a player a 1 for attitude or win a game and then give a player 1 for fairplay or gameplay. These players in the examples have mostly high ratings from other players. This is my first C&A submission. I do not report everything I see to C&A, but this seems to be gross abuse in my opinion. I could have listed more examples. I listed 5 more than required to report this just to emphasize this happens a lot.
