Comments:
They have played the whole game like if it was a double, protecting each other borders! Ridiculous! (they played other 65 games together...)
It is not fun like that, it is the first time I report some one in over 1.000 games, but this was really annoying.
Please play double next time!

I went through the 65 games they have played together, they won a large majority of them and almost always being the last two left in the game...

They both live in UK and joined CC almost the same day...

Could you please show some more proof about this. I couldn't find it while reading the log.

In Game 11414934 with me they played a clear truce/alliance even if they never chatted. Just read the log of the game with the deployments and reinforcement they did: when we 3 were still even, Woly2012 holding europe and africa put all his troops in Mumbai and flashheart holding NA and SA put all his troops in Magadan with low or no protection between their borders!?! Then suddenly Woly suicided against me in bangkok (It was 80 against 75!) and he gave the game to Flashheart...

The secret diplomacy was so obvious in that game that I went to check their walls and the games they had played together:

They both live in UK.

Woly joined CC 1 day after Flashheart.

They have played 65 games together, 35 of which are standard games with 3+ players. They won 25 out of the 35 games and in 19 they were the last two left in the game.

After all this I have no doubt they play systematically in team and they have cheated in over 30 games so far.

After going through games involving Flashheart100 and Woly2012 it has been decided that there is more than enough proof to establish secret diplomacy between these two players. Flashheart100 and Woly2012 have been WARNED for secret diplomacy. Because of the number of games involved these two have received a BLOCK from playing any more games together that includes team games. They will be able to finish any games that are in progress.
