Comments: Donche64 and I noticed during the game that rarely would Elizabeth Carter and Khanman attack each other, unless it was to obtain a bonus region. There was never a retaliation against the other. When Donche and I would attack them, we were immediately attacked and would lose what we had previously gained.

Both players experienced lost turns and made several last minute moves.

I can tell you right aways that they're not multis because one is from Australia and one is from Canada.

But I'll look into the SD.

I played last night with Elizabeh and I'm 100% sure she's not a cheater.
If someone is to be held responsible for whaterver she did it's the SoC instructors who forgot to tell her that esc games are about cards, not bonuses:

I've played Elizabeth C before and I doubt secret diplomacy because, to put it diplomatically, I doubt (s)he would be able to work it out...someone with a 7% win rate after nearly 1200 games does make you wonder but well, truthfully, (s)he may be excellent at somethings but CC isn't one of them. Not flaming, just explaining that there may be logical illogacallity rather than illegallity. {and I think it is a bit far-fetched to blame the Soc for any deficiencies!]

I can see no SD here. both players are cleared

SoC instructors do not teach to take bonuses over cards ever.
