I suspect Cooperhawk and Tarnovia of secret diplomacy. In this game Tarnovia acted as a buffer and attacked as needed to insure that Cooperhawk won the game and then ignored Cooperhawks final push to victory. They play multiple games together and admit to outside the game contact. The game log shows a very clear pattern of co-operation between the 2. Not sure this is provable but I wanted to put this out as they play many games.
