Comments: He started calling me names and flaming me. I replied with a vulgarity I shouldn't have. You guys in turn warned me and let him ride away scott free even though he started it by calling me names and flaming me in the first place. I feel this is unfair, and he is getting treated better because he's been here longer. If you look at my ratings, everyone says I am nice and friendly. I pay to use this site and expect to have any complaints dealt with fairly and impartially. Playing favorites is for little kids and parents, not businesses. If you want to give people preferential treatment, then refund my money. This is ridiculous. I fully expect him to be warned as well if I was warned. If not, you guys really need to take a look in the mirror and ask yourselves if you did a good job moderating today because you obviously didn't if justice isn't served.

EDIT: I also would have used this forum to report him had I known about it beforehand. I never would've replied with what I did if I knew I could gain some retribution here.

Well, there was 'fag' in your first post. Maybe you added it, or maybe the mods deleted the bigotry.

Well I dunno how it got there. It may have gotten added when composing the post and I copy pasted it from reddit on accident, who knows. All I know is I never meant to add that if it was in fact added, which I don't think it was. I don't typically accuse people of anything, but in this case, some guy runs his mouth off then I respond and he immediately tries to get me in trouble. It's ridiculous. I don't name call, I just play. If this guy wants to run his mouth off that's his business, but I shouldn't be punished for replying.

Also, this guy posted in the thread where I was reported saying I should get warned.

He is referring to him flaming me in the game, yet he doesn't mention KraphtOne flaming me when he posts in the thread reporting me. He even says, "Not Sure why" as in he's not sure why I'd PM him that eventhough he fully knows why and posted about it on KraphtOne's wall. As you can see, KraphtOne is trying to start a conspiracy against me and will stop at nothing until he gets what he wants.

But the rules in game chat vary from the normal rules.

What that means is as long as you dont use bigoted remarks everything else is pretty much fair.

He got you because you used the wrong word.

you're ridiculous.. Krapht is a top player... you accused him of "cheap tactics" when in reality you don't even know the meaning of the phrase... and to use K One's own words... "those are fightin words"... so apparently it pissed him off (can't blame him, i'd be pissed too).. don't accuse someone of cheating or cheap tactics when it is your own skill that should be called into question... and grow up little one.. sticks and stones...

KraphtOne is cleared of flaming

bhamade, I understand you are upset, but CC is an online community with thousands of players. We try to be as lax as possibly when it comes to what can and cant be said in the game chat. That being said, you were warned because you managed to break the rules (bigotry) that CC has regarding what you can say. KraphtOne's behavior, although rude, was not against any of the rules.

My suggestion to you, is that you add him to your foe list and move on from this situation.

Regarding the refund, I can only send you here but Ill what it says there.
