morf69 was reported for intentional deadbeating within hours evil semp comes online and clears him. i then ? the result evil semp responds. then masli (ex c and a mod) makes a post that proves his guiltiness. this case is still closed when should be reopened. along with this since morf69 is in the same clan as evil semp evil should not of been dealing with the case. along with this the 25 games evil quotes in the url above is false ionfo as there are more games than he states which would of given a guilty result so this is a cover up to protect a fellow clan member.

I also read about 25 of the games he loses in and he has a chronic bad attitude most always blaming the dice on his loss!

Surely, given the link, ES cleared morff of intentional deadbeating- i.e., the terms of the complaint lodged against morff.

Eddie,is this the best Idea here asking admin to automatically come in. Give the C&A team the chance to find out what happened,and to deal with it properly.

Dont start a precedent that everytime a Mod makes a call someone doesnt like, Admin has to step in. You have already waited,wait a little longer.

No rush done is done,see what the C&A team does first.

i will defend evil semp in this one the bigotry did not come up until after the case was closed. but like masli and the rev have said the post that states the last 25 games checked was inaccurate because both masli the rev and myself looked at this seperately (masli looked first posted i checked then the rev did today on this case opening) and seen this to be incorrect info masli as a ex hunter has provided detailed proof of it which was posted 36 hours before this post so it should of been reopened on the evidence in maslis post.

Not even (my clanmate) sniffie? Sniff sniff. I personally trust TFO in his judgement in most cases. I don't want to flame/bait/insult other mods, so I won't say something about the rest

lol extreme yep i could say sniffie bg and krk i did not want to victimise tfo by saying he would not be a good choice, only because he was clan mates with jefjef and they have regular contact so i felt that was not a good option you posted. and also because this is a case i opened and i feel a mod who has me foed should not deal with my cases

This case looks increasingly like nonsense, and I'm not one known to be particularly sympathetic to mod decisions.

As it stands, it looks like ES cleared someone for an accusation of intentional deadbeating. After that, accusations of bigotry and intentionally missing turns (note- not deadbeating, but missing turns) came out.

As far as I can tell ES did not clear that player of those charges.

I don't think he should have been adjudicating a clan member, but I've never seen him do less than a solid job with C&A and frankly, there's been no evidence to suggest that he didn't do his job in this case.

If someone (anyone?) can provide some more evidence that he did anything other than clear a member accused of intentional deadbeating of intentional deadbeating, show some links.

The rest, as it stands, seems like demanding that the player involved should have been found guilty of something he was not accused of.

I think what what should have happened is that eddie should have asked in a e ticket for another mod to look at the case, like it says someplace that I cannot remember, lol.

So you respected Evil until you discovered he joined KOA is what you are saying. So that explains this complaint.

As for morff game chats. Unless I am mistaken the complaint filed was for deadbeating and nothing else..

he said he was going to miss and did deadbeat the other 2 examples look ok i just thought they would be the same.

woke up in the morning and masli posted the proof he asked for and no action or reopen of case since then.. and symetry if you look at morf69's case you will see there was a case from the op's case just now it wasn't dealt with correct there are more breachs in the 25 game check mentioned.

jefjef nothing to do with evil being in koa he could of been in any other clan with the member up. i did not report at the time because i gave some time for the case to be reopened which it was not... like others have said it is not all about you and koa it is about things being dealt with on a equal manner same punishment for same members

Evil Semp has not posted back in that thread since before the Masli post you hold up for all to see. Often once a mod closes a thread they do not much monitor or go back to it. But anyway. Evil does not play favs. Evil would have surely let someone else handle it if he realized morff was in the same clan. Chat abuse was not part of the original complaint. So your conspiracy theory holds no water and you know it.

Multi hunters and C&A mods follow guidelines, in this case ES asked you to provide more proof, you didn't. That is 1 of the reasons the case was cleared. ES also told that in his post. The time that it takes for a specific case to be treated is always different, I live in europe, if I consult someone that lives in the states it always takes days to debate. Only the timezone is to blame here.

Masli told you that, but the mods among themselves decide, that is why they are C&A mods.

eddie I have always tried to be fair and give honest decisions. You of all people should know that.

If I had realized at the time.[and I didn't realize it until I received a PM] that morff69 was in KOA I would have let one of the others handle it. I have stepped aside before when I thought my that there might be a conflict of interest. That being said. I didn't find enough evidence for intentional deadbeating because if I had I would have given a warning. Again you know this.

ES has explained himself Eddie on the dead beating. You want to go further on the bigotry file a new report on morf for the bigotry itself.

i can't help but think it is people like eddie with his constant attacks and negativity that is driving players from this site more than any other factor.

what does eddie have to do for a permaban? he makes our time here less enjoyable.

I think Eddie has a valid complaint. First why is any mod in a clan. Second why would a mod be allowed to have anything to do with a clan member. I have seen walls of mods with clan members this is not right. And what I mean is walls talking about action with a clan member. That clearly is the problem with this site. You have mods in clans. How would you expect things to go of course you would be easy on your buddie.
