These two players are either working together or are the same player. They don't make moves against one another and their turns in the game always take place within a few minutes of one another. Even their names are suspeciously similar with they both start with "P" and their names container multiple words, with each work beginning with a capital letter.
From their actions in this game I am suspecting that they are cheating.
