I gently asked them to take this conversation elsewhere, but they didn't.

It was a 2 mins dubs and this was obviously meant to prevent me and my partner from discussing strategy.

clapper is a mod, and Masli is a former mh (you know, the one that was caught cheating: http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=239&t=160346&hilit=Masli)

Therefore they have no excuse, so don't try to feed me the usual "find 5 instances" bs.

This is a blatant case of abuse of power because:
"Hey, we're mods, we're above the law"...

I find this thread pretty amusing since Max has been kicked out of live chat multiple times for spamming.

1. You need an attitude check. Cursing just makes people want to fight/ban you.

I am still a moderator. The problem was not us talking... max wanted masli to leave but was very disrespectful and ignorant and I told him a few times that there was no need to be so rude!considering masli was talking to me and wishing me goodluck/cheering for me. How is that abuse of power? lol.. max has been kicked out of chat many times (Im sure by masli when he was a chat mod). There was no chat abuse by masli or I. Just max.

Masli responding to your queries about freemium was breaching CC's rules. Masli should have responded to you via pm or wall and is guilty. as there are no rules about participents chatting to outsiders, you are safe clapper011.

imho you should refrain from engaging outsiders in friendly banter as that makes others feel inadequate or inferior that you have acquired friends on this site angry and vengeful.

I find the OP guilty of being churlish , wasting a moderators time and using foul language both in this thread and gamechat. I would suggest he sends Chrissie some flowers and an appology and that his mother withdraws his cookies and hot milk for a period of not less than 2 weeks.

If it was illegal not to post in any game you are not in, then it could have been coded a long time ago. That guideline you were referencing was more pertaining to people bantering or stirring things up in a game. Two people had a short chat. You came in the chat in a more aggressive and provoking tone. There is no abuse of power here nor even near to a gross abuse.
