Isn't there some way to get rid of retaliotory feedback, seeing as it doesn't meet the guidelines? Both of my negs are just people getting back at me for giving them genuine bad feedback.

Ok, the feedback left by fact was retaliatory and was deleted.
The other one by MasterQ doesn't seem retaliatory from a 3rd party, and it follows the guidelines. You can try to work it out with him and ask him to remove it if you want.
