-Regular users, like me for instance, WILL GET BANNED FOR DOING THE EXACT SAME THING (I was), while this will be swept under the rug (just a matter of minutes)

-I love the part where lilwdlnddude says she can't get out of of this one using her mod powers.

And which part exactly, do you consider spamming? The 2 eye rolls? That appear to be lag on your end which caused it to duplicate? The three finger wagging emots? When it is widely considered that 4 or more is what is considered spam?

Where did she post 9 smileys? I count 7 by her, and 1 of those was due to lag (that is clearly noticed by the timestamps).

Don't frivolous C&A reports end up with warnings and bans?

How is this proof that Amateil has spammed live chat? Anyway, you should contact the chat moderators or the chat team leader to settle this. If this is up to me, I'd clear this one but as I said, direct your issues with the chat moderators of whatever personal stuff you need to clarify with them. This is closed and locked.
