Accused: homelessnimeck
The accused are suspected of: Ratings Abuse
Comments: Since I played him and inquired about this at the time he left me abusive ratings, I was told it was noted he was leaving these types of ratings. I have been checking periodically since then and these are the results:
On 3/2/2012 he left Jackal31(4.9) inaccurate ratings and abused his privileges.
On 3/5/2012 he left FernandoRacing(4.7) poor ratings.
On 3/28/2012 he left thenobodies80(4.8.) poor ratings.
And on 4/2/2012 he left Dessie(4.8.) what appears to be inaccurate and abusive ratings.
There are multiple other ratings that appear to be retaliatory ratings only after he lost his games. I asked him about my ratings personally, and he deleted my first two messages without response. On the third and final attempt to reason with him, he responded with a childish response.
Since this player has already been warned, it is quite apparent he has no regard for the system and what it's meant for. I provided the current ratings for the players I've mentioned because I think there is some merit in holding a rating of 4.7 and higher.
