Comments:Both player's joined CC within hours, both players are from Greece. Rarely do they attack each other, only to gain a bonus, once it is clear that they can break them they do not and chose to attack the other players that can break them. Once I called them out on it, they admitted they had an agreement, and did not post it in the game chat.

After reading all the logs, my opinion is that if theyr aren't multies they are really friends, and talk about the game in RL, not really seeing the harm in it. Or realizing it is against the rules. Maybe a warning will suffice. But then again, this is just the way a look at it and I used that to form my humble opinion.

Obviously they were warned by other players in prior games and continued their tactics, clearly they knew what they were doing was against the rules.
