Arcee
Nagerous

The accused are suspected of:

Other:

Long story short:

Arcee and Nagerous are two Live Chat mods.

-I was banned from live chat on
Thu Feb 16, 2012 10:33 am .
I deserved this ban (even though there was baiting)

-I got a second ban on
Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:32 pm.
I truly don't think I deserved this ban, but that's arguable.

-Then I had a 3rd ban:
Mon Feb 27, 2012 6:42 pm

I definitively did NOT deserved this one.

So unless Arcee and Nagerous can provide some evidences, this is flaming/baiting/abuse of power.
Just show ONE evidence of the heinous crime I'm guilty of after the 2nd ban.

Aren't you supposed to be bringing us evidence to support your claim? There isn't any evidence of anything here.
Besides, you're supposed to open an eticket when dealing with a ban, aren't you?

You don't get it.
I could give you evidences (screenshots, etc).
But the Masli/Eye84free cases make me think that accusing mods is pointless.

I'm asking for evidence that I am guilty of whatever.

"Innocent until proven guilty"?
"Beyond reasonnable doubt"?

I dont think he was appealing a decision, its all in the title. Abuse of power. Grant you he should bring evidence and if he does have screenshots that would be a good start.
