Comments: While I fully admit that I shouldn't have called her an 'idiot', jakewesthoff took game chat far across the line with repeated misogynistic abuse, ad hominen attacks about my weight and impact on society and the cherry on top was when she harassed me in an unsolicited sexual nature. I am offended and I am scared. I would "foe and move on" but I fear that jakewesthoff may treat conquer club's women with similar abuse. I can only hope to protect othe paying site members from Jakewesthoff and her oppression and hate-mongering. I hope she doesn't treat her mother like this.

this was a personal attack on beckytheblonde. so should be dealt with as such

More women bashing on CC huh .I never cease to be amazed at the Big Ball No Minds who think is Ok to verbal abuse women through chat and pms with no repercussions.These kind of crap would not happen face to face .Would not and is not accepted in society to day So why is it OK on this site ? Classless statements like are a detriment to our whole community here at CC .I note also it is a one on one game , even more low class in my opinion. Having said that I wonder how long he would last in a room full of our ladies of the Ball Busterz making comments like that.

The only thing I don't get is he doesn't bring up weight at all - you did with "age and weight" comment. While I think the person was rude before and after, I don't know why this would be punishable.

This would be precident setting as well I suppose. If found guilty, is it because it was said to a woman? Would the same punishment happen or any at all if a guy said it to another guy? I find that there has been alot worse things said on here from guy to guy that have been told to just FAMO. Gender should not be a factor in ruling as we are humans and all have feelings.

I feel for Becky in this, but I hope that a ruling isn't made based on gender.

Just curious why would they be banned?

rule won't be based on gender. but i do hope the ruling does follow guidelines this person has moved from general game banter ie calling someone a noob retard (even though i hate the word)and other things to personally attacking a individual on the site. we all lose our heads in games at points and say stuff but to take it to a personal level is not allowed and that is what happened here.

these comments were made on a personal level to a player and could have severe affects to her.

at the end of it this is a family friendly gaming site (supposed to be.) so mods need to really start acting on certain rules that make the family entertainment side of the site more family friendly.

edit.. forgot 2 add we have 2 new c and a mods and they seem to be doing a brill job.

If she were anorexic she shouldn't have brought up weight then. Look @ chat, she brought weight up first. He then used it as ammo to be a dick, but he didn't bring it up.

You see, becky baited him with the weight thing,rather than lmao at him and letting him in on the secret. So dont get me wrong I would have been pissed if becky was a girl and jake said that crap to her.

So a player just got hit with a ban for being a sexist thinking he is talking to a girl, yet was let believe and baited further by the OP with the intent of sticking it to him.

I find humor in this. Because If becky had said hey I am a dude,jake would then I believe said some pretty horrific crap that would have cost him more than what he just got.

The OP on the other hand filed this as sexual harrasment but claims to be a guy.

BG the topic seems to be wrong, how can this guy get a ban for sexual harrassment based claim when what he said would be if he was reffering to a woman, when becky isnt and didnt disclaim it and further baited him for nails to hammer into the coffin i.e, the weight statement.

he wasnt banned he was warned for his comments jgordon. and where was the bait from beckie one day she a woman next she is a man. nobody really knows... point is the guy thought beckie was female and used that kind of mouth to her/him. and has been punished for what he has done.

1) He didnt get banned, he got warned
2) The warning was for bigotry as stated here
3) The sex of Becky doesnt matter. The comments were out of line and bigoted/sexist.

That's funny, the comments compared to what has been said in games before really isn't that bad. I guess you are now going to get overwhelmed with reports when someone calls someone a name.

My bad BG, I saw where it said warned but for some reason typed Banned. So when in a Game chat here Forward calling or getting called A C**k sucker will get you a warning then Or being called A Cu#t if your female. Or if a female calls a guy A D*ck. Or if a female gets mad and retorts to another player they have a little weiner. There's alot of guys saying some of the craziest things to each other out there in game chat, and yet if one of them come forward now and complain then according to your warning its a different story a warning for what has been allowed in the past will not be tolerated now.

Because in essence those things were directed toward becky thinking he was a she.

But becky claims to be a he,but files a complaint based on sexual harrassment. And with that in mind he was clearly not sexually harrassed.
