espaliers [cleared]

Comments: First of all, I do not consider this to be a rule violation (these games are spread over a year). But, since the mods appear inconsistent, the only way to know what the rules are is to see what they have to say. I would be happy to see a clear. Because if so, I would assume that anyone could join 50 games against NRs per year (4 games per month) - even if NRs are a high share of joined 1v1 games played - and that would be ok. Sorry espaliers, but I just want to check what the rule is for future references (i.e. the next time around people start whining).

Accused:
espaliers

Other: Possible "farming"

There are another 18 games on page 1 (still NRs or NRs at the time the game was initiated). I.e. 66 in total. With 816 completed, these 1v1 games against NRs amount to only 8% of total games played since joining.

So, I'm curious. Are 4 games per month ok even if relative high amount of the specific game type (1v1 games) and a fairly big share of all games played? Just to know what is ok going-forward.

Only 2 of your examples are games from feb 1 or later.
Feb 1 was the farming rules update.

:D :D :D

Yeah, well. If you read the update you'll see that it was an update of the disciplinary measures. The rule itself was not changed.

You misspelled "try to figure out exactly where the line is so I can balance myself on it and not get in trouble".

LOL. No need to flame, but obviously it would be beneficial to get a better understanding of this intriguing rule (if not, for nothing else, be able to point to what has been said to be ok, so a few of these reports will hopefully help to pin point the rule). Also, nice double standard on your part. :D

jezz......alstergren

what is your problem man....why do you need to have an exact numerical figure on how many NR's games your legally allowed play...

to be honest I think the CC mods should just permanently place you on a NR's banned list...you are like a leech man....
looking at your most recent games its obvious your not letting your NR ban get you down...

why do you feel the need to have to join all these 1v1 games with NR's (or Noob players)...what kind of impression are you giving to some of these new players....

windtalker1....only been around a couple of months and a premium...and currently his 4 active games have all got you in them, he must be loving you right now...

Cuncator.....again only around a few months and a premium and his 4 active games have all got you in them....
I dont understand this need for some players to have to get cheap points.....

As for this case it probably is farming NR's and if espaliers has not been Noted/Warned before then thats all that will happen...

personally Im not bothered about looking into these cases anymore as the punishment is a complete cop-out....
but it makes me laugh and shows just how sad and pathetic you are that the only reason you have opened this report is to try and determine where the line for joining games with NR's is.....
you must be climbing the walls at the moment waiting for your ban to end and it eats you up that others are joining the games that could be yours....

your a class act man.....good luck to you

Locked:

Look this is going to get ridiculous, really fast.
I should've locked it earlier.

This is a place to file reports against people who are suspecting of breaking rules.

The OP clearly says e doesn't think the person broke any rules, but is merely using this as a means of clarification.

If you want to file a serious report against someone that you think is farming, please do so.

This is cleared. Some of these games even dates back up to January of last year. This continuous reports of trying to find (legal) ways to play NR has got to stop.
