Comments: HA verbally attacks all players in the game because of the possibility he might lose.

1. For someone who starts and plays as many tournaments as he does,I would expect better from him

2. At least one player Scootchina has a higher win ratio than he does, less games played but higher win ratio none the less

3. Does the fact that he has been here as long as he has or played the number of games he has means that he believes it is his right to win.

4. One of the other players predominately plays classic and is quite skilled on that map.

I am not asking, I AM DEMANDING a Warning to HA, and an apology to those players from HA.

This is outrageous behavior for someone like HA to do,And to allow it to pass with nothing done would be unbelieveable.

What I would really like to see is him removed from tournament play if he cannot restrain himself.

Not that hard when approximately 95% of your games are 1v1. HA has played almost 12 times more games than this other player, and you're calling out a 2% difference? That speaks more to HA's skill than anything. And what exactly does this have to do with HA cussing and bitching anyways?

No it doesn't. Did he express that? (Yes, I DID read the chat). All he did was bitch about people playing like shit.

I am not asking, I AM DEMANDING a Warning to HA, and an apology to those players from HA.
HA is not gonna get a warning. Remember that part of the rules where game chat is fair play? And in my opinion, if HA says someone played bad, I'd believe him. Obviously, there are some instances, as with everyone, where frustration over the dice causes minute mistakes on a players part seem really bad, but the vast majority of the time, HA knows what he's talking about in this case. He is one the the better players on the site.

Where were you in the hundreds of other cases where people complain of people cussing and bitching and moaning about the game? Why weren't you calling them out and demanding they be warned? You obviously don't have an issue reporting a game you weren't even in, why don't you assume the official title of Chat Police and make a report every time something like this happens? You'll be making a couple reports a day.

Umm no. Not a chance. For what reason?

Here are a few quotes from the community guidelines.

Annoying Players:

Once on the list, you will no longer have to read their comments, and they will not be able to join future games with you if you joined the game first. To modify your Foe (and Friends) List, check out the Friends and Foe Page.
If a player's comments do not violate the rules posted below, then do not ask a moderator or administrator to intervene when a player annoys you. This includes curse words and foul language. They are allowed on this site and would be too difficult to moderate every one.
After you are eliminated or the game ends, you will have the opportunity to rate your opponent. Use the ratings and up to 4 tags to describe your opponent and warn/encourage future participants.

As mentioned earlier Conquer Club takes a fairly liberal approach to what is said in Game Chats, but there are some deeds that should be dealt with by a moderator. If you encounter any of these violations, please open an Abuse Complaint in the Cheating & Abuse Forum.

Banter and some trash talking IS allowed in the Game Chats, provided it doesn't cross some specific lines.
While you might find some game chat disagreeable, uncouth, and boorish, cursing and using foul language may not be a breach of our Guidelines. Try kindly asking them to stop or ignoring them using your Foes List.
That said, what is not allowed is any form of bigotry, cyber-bullying/harassment or those extremes outlined in the Forum Guidelines. Please report any such comments that you find offensive.

I think the best response is the way BR responded.

at this stage of the game it is hard to see if HA was correct or incorrect to slag other players off.

However, even if he was incorrect and got lucky, game chat is like the media - a tool where players often manipulate others.

The game chat here seems very mild compared to what I have seen.

If anyone was stupid enough to start questionning their tactics or ability then that's diplomacy well played.

Although I cant say I have read it anywhere, the levels of manipulation, minor abuse and downright lies that are allowed in game chat are somewhere in the stratosphere when compared to forums.

At least I hope so

Now I see what really went down--since BR and SC and jgord are all in the same clan--I think I have probably can accuse them of cheating to try and get the win together. Wonder how much behind the scenes chat was going on--lol

Wow 30 minutes to close .....ES thats quick huh ......hardly time to read the log ? That kind of quick response may be construed by those on this site who live to slag the mods as being somewhat prefrential treatment ........
I have only one concern ,and as you already know Im a stauch supporter of yours ,the statement you make " if HA says they played badly they probably did " ...hardly objective .Its a five man game four played like fuking dumbasses ???? I dont think so .
Bare in mind two ladies in this game one fairly young with limited English skills who was still in the game well its not only bullshit but very wrong .Let me ask you this ...If you sat down at the table and played with these people and during the game someone had gone off at a women as he did here what would you have done ? Its not only childish ,abusive and ignorant but downright boorish ..

How long does it take YOU to read something? I read the log, in it's entirety, in a lot less than 30 minutes.

That's because not every case is cut-and-dry like these frivolous ones.

It's pathetic how people complain when cases take a while to solve, but then they also complain when easy ones are close quickly. Maybe some people just need to learn how to stop complaining!

i new player to cc. i start play cc in october 2011. i like cc and pay $25 short join. i thing tournament i sign dec 2011. maybe 1st-2st tournament i play. i not know.

i join clan in january 2012. game few day late. i not know many player from clan. barney rubble now i know . during game possible not. i don't no.
