Major/Severe Infractions follow a shortened vacation escalation scale of:
Warning,
One Month Vacation,
Permanent Vacation.

but once again the player was baited into a response but the op wont get a warning for it.

You can't bait someone into bigotry. If their natural response to a bait is to reply with bigotry, then they had many other issues before the bait was posted. That's part of why bigotry is punished more severely than other infractions: it's not something that arises from someone losing their cool for a moment.

im not trying to twist it nightstrike. what i am saying is there should be a list of words that cc class as bigoted. (because in different countrys the words can have a different meaning.)

and since the crime is classed as a major infraction(meaning a site ban.). there should be a list of words.

like the word retard this word is used to bash someone who has a mental disability (if you say it to someone with downs syndrome they get really upset by it.
