These are suspected Multis OR Secret alliance

Suspect users: Gulfbum, Riskii

Game number: 264387

Comments: Everytime someone gets strong enough to oppose Riskii, Gulfbum suddenly swipes in and takes away their bonuses and largest forces. At first I just thought Gulfbum was inexperienced but I am now convinced he is a clone of Riskii or they are in a secret alliance.

Gulfbum and Riskii are cleared of multiple accounts.
