This is not cool!!! I am especially sensitive to this sort of thing...My cousins friend suffered for years at the hand of her boyfriend who would cut her up all the time. She eventually got out of the relationship but she is scarred for life, physically as well as emotionly.. No! Not cool!!! This hits way too close to home!!

Not to mention the sig is waaaay outside the approved size limits. Nothing less than a ban surely.

Maybe filing spurious reports should be upped from a minor infraction to a major infraction.

It's hard enough keeping C&A mods without subjecting them to spam.

It's nothing but spam. His complaint isn't about the enormity of it. Doesn't even mention it. It's only spam about the content of it.

Based on past precedent this is a violation of the rules!

I thought the initial threat was a joke until I read 'don't think I won't'. Nastiness like that really sours my CC experience and what with modern technology being what it is I would consider the threat very real (an experienced computer hacker who can make custom signatures would be more than capable of tracking my address using my IP).

Pains me to agree with the Double J on this, but really, get a grip pps...I had a second cousin who says she was inseminated by the devil but I'm not lodging any complaints against Demonfork for depicting that horny beast in HIS avatar...My own features a 10y.o. smoking a reefer so am I next on charges of corrupting a minor?
IF the Sig Block is TOO big that is just an administrative factor and was never the basis of this spurious complaint.

Well I for one hope this is determined as a spurious report. That way, by evenhanded standard, we can run around telling invisible people in the forums that we're going to cut them. Which would be amazing. I'm tired of not being able to assure people that I'm going to punch holes into their skin.

Clearly the presentation of this complaint portrays the intent behind the frivolous filing of it.

The accused has been asked to:
1. remove the offensive text
2. correct the size of his signature as it is almost 3x the size of community guidelines.

He has been given 24hrs to comply...

I see the Sig violation, But the other part Is clearly a joke,and meant as one it seems, beings he has no real chance of actually following thru.

Someone wants to raise heck, Hey is avatar and name say he is an Evil Marine and that offends me because I am against Wars.

Is this the route we are going,because I didnt see him state a specific or group that he was talking to directly.

Therefore by the standard he is recieveing his warning alot of people now need to change Avatars,usernames and sigs.

And ES I am just using yours as an example. I personally think it's pretty cool. I am just trying to make a point.
