Ive been threatened by a player saying hes gonna commit suicide on me if i attack him

what do you do about situations like this??

iam sure to hell going to attack and not let him build next to me??

Consider it diplomacy. If you don't attack him he doesn't have to suicide and this report is meaningless. Attack him and see if he suicides then file a complaint. Until then he hasn't done anything wrong. I am going to move this to CLOSED.
