Click the report a post button in the upper right hand corner. The upside down triangle with the ! in it.

We had an open diplomacy in the game chat. there were several posts regarding it prior to the message sent to Thaddeus. Thaddeus only reported this message as cheating after he broke out truce without telling me 1st and took all of my bonuses. He then tried to make himself look better by accusing me of cheating.

I apologize if the message sent to him was not appropriate, but I would appreciate clarification of the rule...I did not coordinate an attack with him or set up an alliance, as that was already agreed upon in the game chat. I suppose it would be a safe bet not to send ANY messages what so ever to any one you're involved in a game with. I normally play on the Warlight web site but was referred to this site when I went to the Risk classic tournament in PA a couple of months ago. You can talk to anyone you want there so didn't realize I was breaking any rules with a non descript message.

Doesn't matter.. ANY diplomacy outside of the gamechat is a rules violation...

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

Until thaddeas clicks on the report a post icon there will not be a decision made.

I clicked the report post icon from my inbox when I received the message. I just double checked by clicking the icon again, and it said that I already reported the message.
