As the attachment shows, this player contacted me via PM in an effort to set up a ceasefire. I explained how that was against the rules and in his defense, all further communication with me was done via in-game chat. Given it occurred at least this one time, though, I thought it might be worth mentioning if you are able to check and see if there are other instances.

When you look at the PM, see that upside down triangle with a ! in it? Click on that and you can report the PM directly. It allows the mods to actually see the PM.

I've done that because I received a pm like this one in another game, but apparently mods just don't care about cheaters.

No, they will look at it and warn him if it's reported.

There was a "notify me when it's dealt with" button that I checked, but I haven't heard of anyone so far (and it was days ago)

max, just to let you know that your report is there and will be looked at by the appropriate mods. Sometimes it takes a little time due to rl etc as well. Rest assured it will be dealt with.
