Comments: At the end of his last turn he had 17 on his territory, trapping me in my last one. During his next go he added 18 to that territory (giving him 35) and failed to attack me (I have 1 troop left on it, so he'd obviously win and finish the game). He's obviously taking me hostage and it's taking up one of my 4 slots.
