More or less all his ratings left are 1 stars, with tags of rude, silent, bad teammate etc. It's not the end of the world, and he's only left 30 ratings so far, but probably worth knocking on the head early?

He is so right, I'm just too slow..must be getting old 
also rude, I love being rude in a kind of nice way..flashes a moon but the best ...drum roll : bad team mate ( sure am ) if I'm on the other side. He must have ESP to read my chat
