Admits in chat he is babysitter for the other player in a terminator game. I had suspicions early on regarding multi's but after looking at walls etc i realized 2-3 of them were friends. While its a 5 player terminator i dont like the situation of friends playing i know it happens and didn't report anything, although they are all leading i dont think they are playing (very) unfairly, but this is clearly sitting when its not allowed.
It's sunny but the play would still be biased imo.

Has this been looked at yet? It seems pretty clear he admitted to sitting for an opponent within the same game. From Rules / Community Guidelines re:

Account-Sitting:

Players are allowed to account-sit for others as long as they are not opponents within the game.

Seems pretty clear to me, too. I'm thinking C&A mods are maybe on vacation. There hasn't been much happening in these forums the last couple days.

icepack this might sound bad. but he didn't admit anything he admited missing the turn. (so mods need to check ips) so that might save him but i do think you might have a case for sd. if this dont go through.

Samborski states "that he missed his own turn by accident cause he was delaying the amount of conflict of interest as he was taking Barbarinas turns for him as well." And then he plays Barbarians turn, and states the best thing about it is he can trash talk himself (Samborski).
It's 100% clear cut. He admitted to playing both people in a Terminator game.

Exactly I'm not sure how eddie2 doesn't see that. Evo got the same thing it's right in chat.
Sam, thebarbarian (barbi) and Taylor champ play together semi regular. If u look at wall messages it's mentioned Sam plays with & invites his dad to games (I'm guessing barbarian).

From this it makes easy sense (even if it wasn't admitted in chat) their IP's will be the same if they play from same computer, but with admission in chat it's clearly in violation.

If it's father / son and friend it's shady to be playing a terminator, but I'm not arguing that. This is clearly sitting in a game where ur not allowed to sit for someone else in the same game as you.

he says he is supposed to be sitting not that he is sitting. he will be sitting all games for the player and dont want him missing a turn so he delayed his shot. so this is not any form of admition unless he says something else that is not in the op. im not being funny icepack i'm just reading what he actually said. but i do believe they should be warned or blocked.

Right, then read what's said from barbarians account. He's clearly posting in reference to himself (Sam) NOT as barbarian. 10 mins later after posting what he's supposed to be doing from Sam's account

that is 5 hours later. i am agreeing some form of abuse has happened but it can not be asertained that he did actually take the shot. you might get him for posting in game chat. but unless there is any other form of proof you will not get a bust for him taking the shot. game does not have fog of war in it. so you can't even say he was using his relatives account to abuse the fog rule.

I never said he used it to gain an advantage, I even mention in first post it's sunny I believe.

But the rules clearly say:
1) players are not allowed to account sit for others if they are opponents.

Even if this is unclear and as you said he "just logged in" it still:

2) Being on another player's account for ANY reasons other than taking turns when they are in danger of missing a turn, or posting to necessary Tournament or Clan related public forum topics, is not allowed. Abuse of this privilege can be considered account sharing and could result in a Bust for both accounts.

are all his games with barbs no he has 1 game they are in together. so the player can sit for him in them games.
he was on account taking his turn in this game if you look at times.

if he hit jump to next game he would of went to that game by the looks of it.

samborski has been warned for account sitting abuse.

If he was playing turns on barbarians he shouldn't have been posting on a game they were mutually playing. Period.

Clearly looking above he posted as Sam, and 10 mins later posted as barbarian in same chat "as a joke". Whether he played the turn or not is up to mods but if ur going to sit for someone you probably don't want it to even LOOK like ur taking that turn or sitting in that game.

It was stupid on his part and regardless, against the rules. He was announcing he was sitting (which he wasn't allowed to do anyway) and he was or wasn't taking turns for barbarian in the game. (undetermined). Either way it's against the rules and the mods can determine how much he did or didn't do, but clearly anything he did as barb in that game was against the rules.

agreed i misread your first post i thought it was about him taking his turn (which i could not see proof of that.) but i did agree him posting was silly.

Look how many games Sam and Taylor play together as terminators and standards?
Something smells funny....I also see b_bailey and barbarian joining a lesser amount of their games but those two specifically play A LOT of non-team games together.

Sam and Taylor or Sam and thebarbarian (original sitting abuse complaint).

Sam and Taylor (not in original sitting abuse complaint but possible SD complaint) play a lot of terminator non-teams together.
I just started looking @ this but just wanted to clarify who you meant you've looked at.

If you've already looked @ Sam and Taylor outside of this complaint then i won't bother looking at all those terminator games.
