Being Multis

Obvious multi...4 day old account and already playing 8 man freestyle doodle assassin (a multi favorite) and dubs games. He knows the site and the games/settings. There is no way he is a new player.
I would place this pretty high on my surety scale somewhere in the 95-98% range and I would pay 20:1 odds if he isn't a multi.
