I know, I know, there's no way to prove that these three users are the same person.

But, when they are registered within 5 minutes of each other, and all last visited within a couple minutes...you can't help but wonder :-s

I believe that this user is using multiple names, based on the assumption that they joined within minutes of each other and all three are in two of the same games.

In most cases here it means "Original Poster", but depending on context it can also mean "Original Post" or "Other Person."
