Gentlemen,

jaylou is poinsonous to the CC membership. His behavior in game #10089749 leads me to believe that this was not the first time. The chat log is insightful as is the postings by jaylou on his ally's wall which lead me to charge him with secret diplomacy. To add insult to injury, after the cheating was discovered, he withdrew from the game only to return at the end - when we thought he had gone, to win. I'm asking for his expulsion from CC and the retoration to gen. BAEK and myself, the points we lost as a result.

Trust and integrity are the cornerstone of CC play. Jaylou has proven himself in violationof both.

Fixed links. Looks like a straightforward case of SD for jaylou, although I can't see any evidence that john hert engaged in any illegal behaviour. If you have some evidence implicating john hert you should post it (or remove him from the accusation).

If the accusation is proven you will not get your points back. The mods will issue a punishment on the escalating scale, however the results of any completed games will still stand. In terms of the game that has been played, you may wish to rate the players as you feel appropriate and/or foe them

I'll remove jon hert because, although he was the recipient of messaging outside of the game, he never reciporicated in kind. I did feel he had the obligation to call out jaylou for posting on his wall just to remain above board (as I've seen other members do).

Is there a resolution to this upcoming?

Patience young grasshopper. The Multi Hunters do have real lives. Your case will get looked at.

jaylou has been warned for secret diplomacy. I don't see any evidence that jon hert acted in response to the wall post.

Just because someone receives a wall post doesn't mean that they read it. I get posts all the time and might not read them. As far as your points are concerned you will not be getting them back.
