misleading players by telling them he has to quit game to go out , letting the players move there troops and attack each other then attacking players troops while they thought they were safe . if he had not said he was leaving we would never of put troops next to him

LMAO! It only seems to be good strategy on his part. There is no rules violation and I think you are aware of that.

This complaint on the other hand is bordering on spurious...

ive thought of doing that before,never thought anyone would fall for it

There are not any rules about trying to mislead your opponents in a game. You should play as if he is going to be in the game until he deadbeats. This is CLOSED.
