Basically Secret Diplomacy has been admitted in the game log. Although it has been revealed as the game is still in progress I am now at a severe disadvantage as i do not know what was said and have no ability to respond.

It's against the rules. They did clarify it in the chat but perhaps a warning is in place, they we're probably not fully aware of the rules.

I don't think they were aware of the full extent of the rules, if we take their chat in game in good faith, and I don't see any reason not to. But Aleksandr has a good reason to feel aggrieved- this wasn't, as far as I can tell, a full truce. Just between certain border territories. Yellow attacks red the turn after the three turn truce is announced. Clearly it's between certain territories, and that was not announced. Or to be fair, it wasn't announced as a border truce until it was almost over.

The details should have been posted, not just that a truce existed in some form.

Both players have been warned. Being that they have been members for a long time now, there is no excuse not to be aware of the rules.
