Other: Neither of them attacked the other one. It was obvious a multi or a secret diplomacy. It was a manual game that started with one of them taking north america and the other south america and even after they both knew what the other had they continued to attack me until I was out of the game so that one of them could get an easy win.

Comments: I would also like to comment that this is supposed to be a site for fun and nobody should have to take the verbal abuse the two of them are giving me for stating the obvious.

i'm not condoning his behavior, but this all could have been avoided had you taken the time to review his ratings. he's a 3.2. (jokesonyou) that should have sent red flags a flying.
as far as being multis, i'll leave that to the experts to comment on.

No other games played together. So probably not multis. No sign of MDonovan harassing anyone in chat, more the opposite actually.

Jokesonyou could tone down his language, certainly, but that's not what you reported them for.

Also, the game log shows that they attacked each other, contrary to your claim.

as far as the rating i agree i should have noticed that first, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't follow the rules and have a little more respect for other players.

Simply incorrect- you are aware that we can see the log of the game in question right?

is the time where you threatened to report them. I can see a lot more attacks on each other after that.

The bigotry complaint comes from the following extracts in game chat:

which seems to be a pretty straightforward violation.

As for the secret diplomacy/multis complaint, judging from the game log and histories, unless the mods find something more with the tools they have, I'm not sure there is enough to prove SD, and no evidence at this point to indicate multis. The game log extracts certainly don't look terribly balanced, but by themselves I'm not sure it would be possible to show that the two of them were working together. 3-player games are notoriously vulnerable to looking like collusion, since each player only has two choices for who they attack. The section where one held north america and the other south america certainly looks a bit suspect on the surface, but there are also strategic reasons why they may not have attacked each other.

So, in summary, I suspect that the SD/multis complaint will be noted and jokesonyou will receive whichever sanction he is up to on the escalating scale.

Hmm, there really isn't enough, IMHO, to even justify noting the multi/SD side of this complaint. Most of the OP, and his subsequent post were, (let's put this generously), less than factually accurate.

I'm unsure why one of the accused is even in the OP at all, beyond sour grapes.

The chat suggests this was a bad-tempered game, and the OP was clearly involved in escalating the spat. The chat also offers a fairly simple explanation for why the OP was attacked:

"2011-10-30 23:42:12 - mdonovan08: you had 18 territories, most with only 1 troop. of course i attacked you"

From the looks of it they are not multies! (multies in speed games are very rare) and I highly doubt that they were committing secret diplomacy.
I don't see anything suspicious with the game log. You can certainly report JokesOnYou for his derogatory slurs though! He will probably be either warned or noted for that. mdonovan08 did nothing wrong though (saying f*ck off once hardly deserves a note.) To me it looks like neither of them just liked that you complained on them being multies when they weren't.

Multis - cleared. I would also agree with the findings of the people who have commented about the game so the Secret Diplomacy case here is cleared as well.

For what was said in the game chat, JokesOnYou has received a one month website ban as this is his 2nd infraction for bigotry.
