Game chat is clear that these two are openly chatting to each other, which is fine....but wall posts are going a bit far.

You can also see that the dates are a little screwed up so it leads me to believe that these two have been conspiring during the game.

I am in his state and just attacked him. I haven't attacked green in last 3 turns.

In this case it doesn't matter what you said or did in the game. What matters is what you said on his wall. That was secret diplomacy. All truces and suggestions in none team games must be voiced in the game chat. That's the rules.

What is the point of wall then? Wall is open to public...

I am in 45 games with up to 8 players. I am aware that I have no life but do you really expect me to check 200 walls every day? And some players have > 100 games open. Impossible. The rules are clear. Treaties, alliances & truces have to be made in game chat.
